For users selling tickets on our marketplace, we gather the following information to facilitate payments:

External Service Providers, Event Organizers, and KwiqPass Users

When utilizing our Services for ticket purchases or sales, we may disclose personal information to the event organizer, promoter, venue, team, league, or other third parties associated with the ticket sale or relevant to the event or similar future events. For instance, when buying a ticket, we may share your personal details with the ticket seller to facilitate the transaction. Similarly, when purchasing a ticket for an event, we may provide your information to the respective teams, the organizing league, concert promoters, and/or the venue operator. Additionally, we may share information with third parties involved in processing payments for sellers or buyers, who may utilize this data for analytics, offering additional products or services, generating reports, ticket fulfillment, customer service, and other legitimate business purposes.

We may authorize external entities to furnish analytics services and display advertisements on our behalf, both on the Internet and within applications. These entities may employ technologies like cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and others to gather information about your usage patterns on the Services and other websites and applications. This data may encompass your IP address, web browser, mobile network details, pages viewed, time spent on pages or apps, links clicked, location information, and conversion details. KwiqPass and other entities may leverage this information to analyze and track data, assess the popularity of specific content, and deliver targeted advertising and content aligning with your interests on our Services and other platforms.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information?

We retain your personal information for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, securely storing it throughout its existence. Email

If you would prefer not to receive notices of special savings or promotions from KwiqPass, you may simply opt-out from receiving them by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included within any email and/or by updating your notifications preferences in your “My Account” page. Please note that, even if you opt out of promotional emails, we may still send you important service-related communications regarding your account and tickets you may have purchased.

Location Information

You may be asked to consent to the Service’s collection of location information. Even if you consent to the collection of your location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all of our mobile applications from your device.

When we ask to collect your location information, we will only do so with your consent and limit the processing of this information to provide you with specific location-based services, including, but not limited to, giving you directions to an event or helping you utilize third-party ride-sharing services. In these contexts, it may be necessary to share this information with third parties at your request.

Children’s Privacy

At KwiqPass, we are committed to not intentionally collecting or processing personal information from children under the age of sixteen (16). If we become aware that a child under 16 has submitted personal information to KwiqPass, we will make every effort to promptly delete the information.

Parents or guardians who believe that KwiqPass has inadvertently collected personal information from their child under 16 are encouraged to contact us using the information provided below.

If KwiqPass decides to change our Privacy Notice, we will post the updated notice within the Application, on this page, and/or the homepage of the Site, and/or other places we deem appropriate.
