1. Event Cancellations: In the event of a canceled event (not rescheduled), KwiqPass will remove the event and associated listings. Buyers are required to retain their tickets and follow the provided instructions for refunds or credits, determined at KwiqPass’s sole discretion. Sellers/Organizers are responsible for issuing refunds.

2. Event Postponement: For postponed events, KwiqPass will work with buyers on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or credits will not be issued unless the event is canceled. Sellers/Organizers are responsible for communication and instructions.

3. Other Event Changes: KwiqPass is not responsible for partial performances, venue changes, or other event alterations. No refunds or credits will be issued for such circumstances.

4. Final Sales: Refunds for final sales are at the discretion of the Event Organizer. KwiqPass is not responsible for any refunds related to final sales.
