Using the KwiqPass Mobile App #
Open the KwiqPass mobile app on your smartphone.
At the bottom of the screen, locate and tap on the QR code icon.
A screen will appear, prompting you to “ENTER USER CODE.”
For Event Organizers:
- Retrieve the unique 6-Digit Code for each employee from the backoffice.
- Log in, go to “Users,” then click on “List.”
- The “Code” column displays the 6-Digit Code for each respective employee.
Enter the 6-Digit Code to access the “ENTRY MODE.”
Permission for Camera:
- For the first-time use, the app may request permission to access the camera. Accept to enable scanning.
- Alternatively, KwiqPass offers custom-built Scan In Devices for your convenience.
Entry Mode Options:
- If using the camera as the scanner, leave the toggle at the top right corner turned off.
- For custom scanners, toggle it on.
Upon scanning a valid ticket:
- The app will prompt the ticket details.
- Choose to either cancel or check in to validate the ticket.
Once a ticket is checked in, it cannot be rescanned, and an error message will indicate that the ticket has already been used.
