Transferring tickets with KwiqPass is a simple process. Follow these steps to transfer a ticket to another user:
1. Open the KwiqPass Mobile App:
- Launch the KwiqPass mobile app on your device.
2. Navigate to “My Tickets”:
- Tap on the “My Tickets” icon located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the Ticket to Transfer:
- Choose the ticket you wish to transfer from your list of tickets.
4. Initiate Transfer:
- At the top right corner, click on the icon with a plane and a + sign.
- Enter the email address of the user to whom you want to transfer the ticket.
5. Verify Email and Confirm:
- Verify the email address to ensure accuracy.
- Press “Continue” to confirm the transfer.
6. Read Disclaimer:
- Please read the disclaimer in red, which notifies you that once you transfer the ticket, you relinquish your ownership and access to the ticket.
7. Confirmation Notification:
- A confirmation notification will be sent to the recipient notifying them that they have received a ticket.
Important Note:
- Transfers are irreversible. Once a ticket is transferred, the original owner loses ownership and access.
