Purchasing tickets at authorized reseller agents with KwiqPass, using the MyPass feature, is a streamlined process. Follow these steps to buy a ticket:

Option 1: Cash Purchase (Automated to Your App):

1. Visit an authorized reseller agent equipped with KwiqPass access.
2. Provide your email associated with your KwiqPass account.
3. Complete the sale with the agent.
4. Your purchased ticket will be automatically sent to your KwiqPass app through the MyPass feature.

Option 2: Physical Ticket Purchase (Add to Your App):

1. If the agent offers physical tickets, you can choose this option.
2. Obtain a printed ticket from the agent.
3. To add the physical ticket to your app:
   • Open the KwiqPass app.
   • Tap on the “My Tickets” section.
   • Tap on the “+” icon at the bottom.
   • Scan the QR code on your physical ticket.
4. The ticket will be populated into your app for easy access .

3. Transfer the funds via wire transfer following the organizer’s instructions.
4. Provide them with the KwiqPass email address you used to sign up.
5. Once confirmed, your tickets will be sent directly to your KwiqPass account.
