For Users Who Have Already Signed Up: #
- Provide Your Sign-Up Email Address:
If you’re purchasing tickets at the booth and have already downloaded the KwiqPass app and signed up for an account, simply provide the email address you used to sign up for KwiqPass.
- Automatic Ticket Integration:
After completing your purchase, your ticket will seamlessly integrate into your KwiqPass app. You don’t need to do anything else!
- View Your Ticket in the App:
To access your purchased ticket, open the KwiqPass app. You’ll find your ticket ready and waiting for you in the “Tickets” section. Simply tap on it to view all the details.
For Users Who Sign Up After Making a Purchase #
- Download the KwiqPass App and Sign Up:
If you’ve made a purchase at the booth without signing up for KwiqPass, don’t worry! First, download the KwiqPass app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Then, sign up for a KwiqPass account using your valid email address.
- Open the KwiqPass App:
After signing up for KwiqPass, open the app on your device.
- Navigate to the “Tickets” Section:
Tap on the “Tickets” tab located at the bottom of the screen.
- Add New Tickets:
Tap the button with the Plus sign to add a new ticket.
- Scan Your Purchased Ticket:
Use your device’s camera to scan the QR code on your purchased ticket.
- Repeat for Multiple Tickets:
If you have multiple tickets, repeat the scanning process for each QR code individually.
