Step 1: Open the KwiqPass App
- Launch the KwiqPass app on your smartphone.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Me” Tab
- Tap on the “Me” tab located at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll Down to Find “Delete Account”
- Scroll down to locate the “Delete Account” option.
Step 4: Confirm Deletion
- Upon selecting “Delete Account,” a prompt will appear, asking if you are sure you want to proceed with the deletion.
Step 5: Confirm Deletion Again
- Tap “Delete” to confirm the deletion.
Step 6: Deletion Confirmation
- A message will appear, stating that your account has been scheduled for deletion.
Data Deletion Details:
- KwiqPass respects your privacy, and upon account deletion, your personal information is permanently removed from our system.
- We do not store your personal information except for your past transaction data. However, this data is not tied to your personal information.

- The deletion process ensures that you retain full control over your personal information.
- Your past transactions are stored for record-keeping purposes but are anonymized, preserving your privacy.
- KwiqPass is committed to transparency and data privacy, and we adhere to strict retention policies.
